Red and White wires not labled where do they go?
I have a water boiler system that feeds radiators for a heating system. I want to replace the old thermostats with new electric ones. The problem is there is a red and white wire that comes out of the wall and niether one is labled anywhere. How do I know what letter to connect to on new thermostat? The directions that came with it are not much help at all.
In a two wire system, it does not matter.
Connecting them either way will work.
The electronic thermostat is powered by a battery.
