Suggested action against Verizon Wireless for defective sub-standard equipment, both under contract?
I bought two Verizon Wireless Internet Modem various devices. Both are at full capacity much less than advertising. I contacted Tech Service many times, and have done over the term of troubleshooting with I Do not Care Representatives to become a computer analyst technical nor a technical Verizon. I want a simple device that works properly ... that none of these devices seem capable of doing. Every time I call Verizon I get the same polite Around in circles. But he can not seem to complain about these devices or services. I still get the standard routine of "We are happy to help. "And then I spend hours on the phone troubleshooting the device, but in vain. I want Verizon or replace the devices with those who work, or I want to take the devices back and cancel my contract. Is it to much to ask of "most reliable network in the world"?
Well where I am it beats tmobile service (60% of lost calls) wa north. I pay 200 and 200 to my husband out of contract this phone cheaper Used ----- From Verizon gets hot when it comes! I'm done with expensive phones when the service is so poor your our anyway. I hate everything I got service.
