huf haus. saw a program about kit houses. what is the rough cost of building a 5 or 6 bedroom 2 story house?
does anyone knoe of the cost of buying one of these kit houses.( contempory one's. what would the cost a a completly finished(interior, plumbing electrics) 5 or 6 bedroom house be? not including land?
is it cheaper than buying a house, or is it a luxury?

Last Time I saw the kits they were for Bungalows, with 1 Bed, but at £30k they were cheap, but that is 2 years ago, and you still had to build it, and buy the land.
With the house prices crashing, i cannot see a kit being as good a buy, as it will not have the resale value.
