I uninstalled Norton Anti-virus & cant connect to the internet. What to do?

I can get a connection in Safe Mode, but I can't download certain applications or hear audio.
um.. don't be a liar, b-c you´re on now, but if ure not, norton watches socket connections, if it was uninstalled improperly, then it will be blocking all sockets until they are scanned by the nonexistent program, also go into windows firewall settings and temp. turn it off, see it it has some strange thing there
