Why do my speakers squeal every time my car is bumped or knocked?
While inside my car if i bump any part of the trim or e brake or dash my speakers begin to output a loud squeal.
Its just the two front speakers
tried taking it out and hitting it and that didnt cause the squeal so it must be some problem in the wiring
I have no clue WTF Will is talking about but, check your wiring from your H/U to your speakers. Is it all of your speakers or just one or two? but yeah check your wiring make sure nothing is exposed that could be causing this.Also check your H/U itself, if you can take it out without taking apart your whole dash, pull it out and play some music then just kinda slap your head unit and see if it squeelz lol that sounds like some kind of punishment. If it does squell when you hit it, it's something messed up in it. So you could replace it and that would most likely fix the problem.
